Q. What are the minimum requirements to run GuitEarIt®?
A. 4 Mb of RAM, 4Mb of disk space, are required to run GuitEarIt®.

Q. How can I download GuitEarIt®?
A. Once you have purchased GuitEarIt, completed the following steps:

1. The File Download dialog box displays.
2. Click Save and select a location to download GuitEarIt® to.
3. Click Save to begin the download.

Note: GuitEarIt® is 1.4 megabytes in size and takes approximately 2 minutes to download with a 56k modem or about 5 seconds with a DSL connection.

Q. How do I install GuitEarIt®?
A. After you have downloaded GuitEarIt®, locate the downloaded zip file and unzip it. Double click the GuitEarIt file to run it.
